Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greet and provide exceptional service to all guests
- Efficiently manage salon software, appointments, and traffic flow
- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
- Actively promote and sell hair care products, ensuring well-stocked retail shelves
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with state board of cosmetology/barbering regulations
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Process transactions with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with hair washing, blow-drying, and mini-cures
- Contribute to opening and closing procedures
- Salon experience with washing and blow-drying skills preferred
- Previous receptionist or equivalent experience is essential
- Wear a welcoming smile as a part of your uniform!
- Demonstrate responsibility and dependability
- Must be available to work weekends and weekdays
