Job Title: Sales Manager – Copier & Printer Solutions
Location: Longmont, CO
Reports To: Director of Sales
Sharp Business Innovations is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our copier and printer solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships, driving net new business, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role is critical to achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and ensuring outstanding customer service in a competitive and fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:Client Retention & Growth:
- Oversee and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer loyalty.
- Analyze customer usage trends and identify potential for additional product or service offerings.
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue net new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, and territory analysis.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and verticals.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and support promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear sales goals, provide regular performance feedback, and conduct ongoing training.
- Lead by example in the field, supporting reps in client meetings and closing deals.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team and individual performance.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to leadership on pipeline health, closed deals, and forecasts.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate documentation of client activity and sales progress.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in the copier/printer, managed print services, or office technology industry.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, leasing models, and solution-based selling.
