- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and coordinate between the office and warehouse.
- Maintain organized files and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required).
- Fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be active on feet, able to move between the office and warehouse as needed.
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.
