Join our team as a Group Sales Day Visit Coordinator, where you'll be the friendly face behind unforgettable group outings on the mountain. You’ll work with schools, youth organizations, tour groups, and corporate clients to plan fun-filled ski and snowboard days—and be their go-to guide every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all day group bookings.
- Coordinate reservations for lift tickets, rentals, lessons, and meal packages.
- Work closely with departments like ticketing, rentals, snowsports, food & beverage, and snowtubing to ensure seamless visits.
- Greet and support groups on-site, helping them navigate their day with ease.
- Prepare group schedules, confirmation materials, and check-in packets.
- Track sales, payments, and paperwork with accuracy.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with group leaders before, during, and after their visits.
- Build lasting relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals.
Take full ownership of our annual Scout Weekend in March, hosting hundreds of scouts and their families:
- Manage troop registrations and communications.
- Coordinate logistics including signage, rentals, lift access, and activities.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth, fun, and safe event.
- Lead on-site coordination throughout the weekend.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent customer service skills.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A true team player who thrives in a supportive, family-style work culture.
- Willing and able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays during peak winter season.
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with CRM and POS systems (Zoho CRM, Siriusware) is a plus.
- Experience in group sales, hospitality, events, or outdoor recreation is a bonus.
