What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispute & Recovery Services Specialist position at SHAZAM?
What we're looking for :
SHAZAM is looking for a Dispute & Recovery Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be able to learn multiple EFT networks' chargeback rules and regulations, ensure client adherence to Reg E guidelines, and perform cardholder transaction dispute investigations. You'll need to navigate multiple computer systems and excel in a fast-paced processing environment.
What you'll do :
- Process consumer dispute claims in an efficient, timely manner.
- Work directly with our clients regarding their cardholder disputes, chargebacks, client questions, and cardholder correspondence.
- Process required dispute claim documents, maintain case information, perform claim investigations, and make claim resolution recommends.
- Utilize Mastercard and VISA chargeback processes and website to recover funds for clients.
- Apply knowledge of Regulation E guidelines to ensure dispute case compliance guidelines are met.
