Shear Ambition LLC is a hair salon in Bethlehem, PA. We offer the best salon experience for our guests and staff.
We are looking for an experienced stylist with a following to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including hair styling, hair coloring, cutting, hair extensions, and makeup application.
- Utilize salon software (such as MEEVO) to schedule appointments and manage client information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior cosmetologists.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Experience:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a cosmetologist.
- Proficiency in a variety of hair and beauty techniques, including hair styling, hair coloring, hair extensions, and makeup application.
- strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a salon setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
