Commercial Finance Manager
Massillon, OH (Hybrid Schedule)
As a member of the corporate financial planning and analysis team, the Commercial Finance Manager will work with the Commercial Sales Team to provide financial support for all customers. Key areas of responsibility include new business quoting, product pricing, profitability analysis and reporting.
Your Seat at the Table:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with the Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to develop impactful customer quotes and enhance customer performance and profitability.
- Strategically partner with cross-functional teams to maximize customer potential through collaborative efforts.
- Lead and actively contribute to the customer pricing review process.
- Maintain and improve the quoting tool and general quoting process.
- Increase productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
- Deliver strategic analysis, reports, and recommendations to senior management and the sales team.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual sales budget.
- Maintain flexible and “can-do” attitude in managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
What you Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 6–10 years’ experience in Commercial Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, or Strategic FP&A.
- Demonstrated experience with pricing governance, deal review, and commercial partnering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with internal deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and foster collaboration within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to coordinating special projects, anticipating issues, and taking initiative to resolve them.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
