Print Department Supervisor
Sheboygan Paper Box Company is looking for a motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Print Department Supervisor. The print department supervisor holds Process Ownership Responsibilities of the Sheeting and Printing Departments. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager. The Print Department Supervisor manages work schedules, manages the purchase of ink, coating, and consumables within both departments, determines work procedures, and expedites workflow as necessary. The successful candidate will have a full understanding of the offset print process and be able to actively communicate across the operation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent attendance required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
- 3-5 years supervisory experience required.
- Must have 5 years in Lithographic Offset Sheetfed Printing experience
- Must have excellent skills in holding employees accountable for work performance
- Folding carton experience preferred.

Stuff We Make
Custom folding cartons, and lots of them. Produced on sustainably made paperboard, most with 100% recycled fiber, our high technology printing and converting equipment sheets, prints, die-cuts, windows and folds/glues these folding cartons utilizing lasers, scanning cameras, scanning fiber optics, robotic-like automation and more.
Cool Customers
Our packaging protects, contains, transports and markets lots of cool products for our cool list of customers – however, in the highly competitive consumer packaging world we aren’t at liberty to reveal their names, but you’d recognize many of them, especially the leading CPGs in Sheboygan County and Wisconsin.
Fun Stuff
