Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg seeks an energetic employee for the Part-Time Receptionist position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Various other clerical duties assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must be able to work Weekday Evenings 3pm-8pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm
• Friendly, and outgoing "people person" with excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional appearance
• High School Diploma or higher
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
  
  
  

Compensation
