Responsibilities:
- Delightful Service: Provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the breakfast menu, offering recommendations and accommodating special requests with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
- Efficient Operations: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, maintaining a smooth flow in the breakfast service.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, promptly clearing tables and resetting for the next guest.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests to enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and contribute to the positive team environment, and assisting with all aspects of service as requested.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for hospitality.
