What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bonvoy Lounge Concierge position at Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square?
Job Summary
- Offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Furnish information, make reservations, and obtain tickets to social and recreational events or for travel.
- Report suspicious behavior of patrons to hotel security personnel.
- Prevent entrance of unauthorized or undesirable persons.
- Eject inebriated or rowdy persons from premises along with hotel security personnel.
- Supply guests with travel information, such as routes and schedules.
- Arrange for cleaning, laundering, and other items.
- Arrange for sending and receiving of packages. dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Ability to accurately use various office software.
Support
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
- Attend required meetings.

Additional responsibilities specific to you are:
- Must have a knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
- High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
- CPR training and first aid training preferred.
- Additional language ability preferred.
