As a Customer Experience Guide at Sheridan Powersports, you will assist customers in the powersports buying journey. From the initial point of contact, to the time they load up their motorcycle, side by side or ATV- your goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy buying experience. No commission means no pressure for you or your customer. We pay a generous base salary in addition to performance bonuses.

A typical day might include the following

  • Engage with the customers via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the customer is in their buying journey and what additional information they need to complete the purchase
  • Discuss the unique features of each off-road vehicle or power equipment and determine how to customize the purchase with the right accessories for the customer’s needs
  • Work with the Powersports Manager to uncover the market value of the customer’s trade-in
  • Ensure the customer is aware of financing and warranty options
  • Stay in contact with the customers you’ve met to ensure their questions were answered and they had a great experience

  • You are an off-road enthusiast and enjoy learning about new product features
  • You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a non-threatening way
  • You enjoy problem solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm, courteous and professional during times of high stress
  • You value being in a customer facing role with a strong emphasis on delivering an excellent customer experience

Hours

  • Weekdays: Tuesday-Friday 8am-5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8am-2:30pm

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
