What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Sheridan Irrigation Inc.?
Are you a self-motivated person who likes to answer phones and has great communication skills? Do you have great computer skills? Are you good at multi-tasking between different office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with the office manager? We are looking for a new office staff member who can work in the Pembroke office with little supervision once trained on the software program we use.
Duties include but not limited to;
- General office duties such as filing
- Prepare daily invoices
- Scheduling client appointments using our software
- Professionally answer all phone calls
- Responding to client’s email inquiries
- computer skills with Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 360
- Office errands
- work well under pressure
- manage time productively and assist the office manager with projects throughout the year.
- Maintain a tidy, organized office
- initiative to get additional work done
A driver's license and vehicle are a must so office errands can be performed. Hours will be 10am-5:00pm, fluctuating throughout the year. Compensation based on knowledge, skills, and experience. If this sounds like something for you, please contact Sheridan Irrigation, Inc.
