Clearance Center Manager – Peoria Heights, IL
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday; some Sundays required, in-office full time
Hours: 45-hour workweek minimum
Annual salary: $70K - $80K

Sherman's is seeking a passionate leader to become our Clearance Center Manager. You will lead our team in creating an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a positive, collaborative, and empowering work environment.
As Store Manager, you will:
- Motivate: Set the tone for a high-energy, positive, and results-focused team.
- Drive Sales Performance: Implement effective strategies and motivate the team to achieve their goals
- Create a Remarkable Store Experience:
- Ensure adequate staffing and training to take care of every guest as they expect.
- Drive full execution of the sales process.
- Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, and organized showroom.
- Oversee all administrative and customer service functions.
- Ensure Core Expectations Are Upheld: Ensure your team, especially Area/Assistant Managers and Leads, are fully engaged in adhering to Core Expectations across all roles, providing consistent coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Operations and Merchandising departments to optimize product availability and store operations.
- Oversee Store Operations: Manage inventory, merchandising, and maintenance.

- 2-3 years previous experience in retail management
