EDUCATION:
Master’s degree in Psychology and/or Behavior Analysis from an accredited university
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
Possession of License (LP) or Limited License to practice Psychology in the State of Michigan (LLP) with Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) status.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years’ experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing/monitoring behavior intervention plans. Minimum of two years working directly with persons who have a developmental disability.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Shiawassee Health & Wellness provides behavioral consultation and services as part of a treatment team to adults, children, and their families. Responsibilities include behavioral assessment, treatment plan development, family and staff training, monthly face to face contact and data analysis, and being a standing member of the Behavior Treatment Plan Review Committee. The Behavioral Specialist also completes guardianship assessments, OBRA psychological assessments, and agency psychological testing. The Behavioral Specialist shall be responsible to the Deputy Director of Habilitative Services. This position is hybrid at this time.

RANGE OF PAY:
$50,020.50 - $64,026.25
