Shield Exteriors has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telemarketing Manager to join our team. With increased opportunity and demand in the Northeast, Indiana market, we’re looking for a successful Telemarketing Manager to lead our telemarketing initiatives while mentoring and growing a team of 8-10 telemarketers. This is not an entry level position and requires extensive call center/telemarketing experience and expertise. A successful telemarketing manager has the potential to make a great salary including bonuses. Paid training first week that will set you and our telemarketing team for success!
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound calling and quality lead generation
- Coach, performance management and development of telemarketing team
- Assist with follow up calling for direct mail campaigns, tradeshows and all other marketing efforts
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to generate marketing qualified leads after corporate marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to maximize telemarketing efforts and increase lead effectiveness
- Develop ongoing training programs to enhance telemarketing skills, sales skills, product and service knowledge and phone skills
- Telemarketing manager is responsible for reporting daily team metrics
- Your #1 goal would be to motivate your telemarketers to perform at 110% every single day to meet company daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Qualifications
- Proven telemarketing success
- Outstanding work ethic
- Management experience highly preferred especially in a call center/telemarketing setting
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation
Guaranteed base plus commission based on performance

Pay: From $62,400.00 per year
