• The project manager is an exceptional individual who excels in both project and customer management. This person adeptly handles escalations and conflicts, turning complex situations into opportunities. He / she is also a master in matrix management, motivating and driving internal and external teams to success.
• This professional is highly skilled in enforcing project management framework & tools with a CAN DO attitude, and demonstrates independent and self-managed capabilities.
• He / she is preparing comprehensive plans for EVERYTHING, including strategic and tactical plans, based on risk analysis and mitigations strategies.
• Projects monitoring and professional data driven status reporting, are key strength points.
• They drive the organization to continuous improvement and learning mode, with respective initiatives and culture.
• This individual excels in working with and managing large enterprises customers, understanding their processes, constraints, budgets and all related aspects, leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and sentiment during the implementation phase.
