Responsibilities
As a Field Marketing Specialist with Shift Naturals Inc., you play a crucial role in our engagement with the market and interactions with customers. Your key responsibilities include captivating potential customers at events and applying fundamental merchandising strategies to boost the visibility and adoption of Shift Naturals (right now… DownShift) products. Collaborating with event organizers, retail partners, and the broader community, you are expected to provide exceptional service and valuable insights that contribute to our growth and strengthen brand loyalty.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Event Execution: Engage in events ranging from in-store tastings to external events like marathons and music festivals, working closely with teams and partners for flawless execution and promotional support.
- Market Intelligence: Provide valuable market insights and strategic recommendations to support mutual growth, staying informed on industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong connections with retail clients, their customers, and internal teams, prioritizing effective communication and teamwork.
Communication
Develop and nurture positive, professional relationships with store personnel, event staff, vendors, and customers.

- Knowledge and interest in natural wellness products.
- Ability to take direction and work proactively.
- Commitment to learning about customer preferences and working collaboratively to meet those needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Clear communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 30lbs.
- Comfortable standing for long durations.
- Physically able to perform tasks requiring movement and flexibility.
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
Qualifications
