The Children's Ministry Program Coordinator will partner alongside the Children's Ministry Director and the entire Family Ministry team. This person supports the programmatic needs of the ministry and its leaders. They must be organized, routined, and able to think on their feet. They can help prepare things for the program and get things setup ahead of time or work with other volunteers who do this. During the program they can be the one to trouble shot issues, track down missing supplies, or fill in for an open volunteer spot.

Job Description:
Sunday 8:00AM - 12:00PM
- Set up welcome desk
- Open and close all classrooms
- Fill in any volunteer spot open
- Gather all sign in sheets and place in mailbox
Wednesday 12:00PM - 8:00PM
- Set up and close for Wednesday Night Kids group
- Co-lead Wednesday Night group
Thursday 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- Set up curriculum planning meeting. Have all curriculum printed and read through
- Prepare curriculum/supplies for both weekly/monthly
- Curriculum is planned 1-2 months in advance - create supply list
- Create new theme on stage/bulletin boards each month
- Social media posting
- Keep resource room clean and organized
- Help on events within your hours or willing to adjust hours. Examples: VBS, UPWARD,
BIBLE BLASTOFF
Possible add on duties
- Attend Staff Meetings and Family Ministry meetings
- Make volunteer schedules/email to volunteers
- Birthday Cards
- Attendance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cincinnati, OH 45238: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Typing: 1 year (Preferred)
