As a cleaning subcontractor for Shimmering Views LLC, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to residential or rental property clients. You represent our brand, so professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform General Cleaning Duties, including but not limited to:
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Wiping down surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures
Making beds and tidying up rooms (as applicable)
Follow Specific Instructions provided for each property, including any custom client requests or cleaning checklists.
Ensure Quality Standards are met on every job. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or client concerns to the main office promptly.
Maintain Punctuality by arriving at scheduled jobs on time and completing them within the expected timeframe.
Communicate Professionally with clients, team members, and company staff. Maintain a respectful, friendly, and courteous attitude at all times.
Transport and Manage Supplies and Equipment, unless provided. Ensure tools are clean, maintained, and used properly.
Adhere to Safety Guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Protect Client Privacy and Property by respecting boundaries, locking up (if required), and ensuring no items are moved or damaged unnecessarily.
