Job Summary
- Meet with the rest of the team in the morning to understand the day’s game plan.
- Commute in a Shine vehicle to the customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) to perform services specific to that customer’s needs.
- Call upcoming customers on your way to the job, alerting them that you’re on the way.
- Meet customers face to face (if they are available) before beginning any work to ensure the customer’s expectations are clear for the job that day.
- Inspect the completed work and make note of additional services to offer the customer.
- Conduct a post-job walk through together with the customer (if they are available). You'll review their level of satisfaction and take any action needed to address, and correct areas where expectations were not met - or exceeded.
- Accept and process the customer’s payment through our mobile payment technology prior to leaving each job site.
- End your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
- Assess the condition of the company vehicle; complete cleaning and restocking of supplies, as preparation for the next workday.
- Display leadership qualities; including but not limited to:

- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
