SUPERVISOR: Team Leader / Assistant Manager / General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Line Team Members will exceed Member and Guest expectations by providing quick and friendly service while vacuuming, wiping down vehicles and cleaning windows.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Retain and create new Member/Guest relations
- Promote new Memberships/Fast Passes and special offers
- Vacuum vehicles: floor mats, carpet, between and under seats, back window area, ashtrays, cup holders
- Wipe down the exterior and interior of vehicles, including door jambs
- Apply spray wax and tire dressing
- Clean interior and exterior windows
- Communicate to the Manager any situation, problem or accident
- Clean facilities, equipment and bathrooms
- If proper training has been given, assist Detail Employees when needed and Front Line is slow
PREREQUISITES:
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in awkward postures
- Ability to multitask
