Overview:
Shipmonk is hiring a Manager of Business Analytics to support our supply chain operations focusing on analytics and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive operational improvements and optimize fulfillment & logistics performance. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our supply chain efficiency and ensuring the smooth flow of goods to our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the development of operational plans, budgets, and forecasts based on data analysis.
- Collaborate and communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Compile and analyze data related to supply chain operations and fulfillment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key operational KPIs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational opportunities and develop solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of supply chain optimizations and decision support modelling.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Greater than 3 years experience in supply chain, ecommerce, finance or operations planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
