Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Architect in one of our locations. The Senior Project Architect will oversee day-to-day project management, submittals, and architectural design tasks. They will be responsible for coordinating design efforts with BIM, ensuring projects meet LEED standards, and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines. Additional tasks include attending client meetings and site visits to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Architecture and Project Management
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
- Proficiency in managing Submittals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
- Experience with client management and site visits
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional architect licensure is preferred
