Job Summary :

Were seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our back-of-house team! As part of The Red Chickz, youll play a crucial role in food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring our food is prepared to perfection and our kitchen runs smoothly.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook food according to our quality standards and recipes

Ensure food is cooked and presented on time for service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe kitchen environment

Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies

Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations

Qualifications :

Previous kitchen or back-of-house experience in a fast-paced environment preferred

Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great food
