Job description
As a service coordinator, your role is to manage and provide access to necessary supportive services in the community, provide case management services as needed and requested, and develop programs and resources that support wellness for the entire resident population.
Plan and coordinate recreational, cultural and social activities in coordination with property operations staff and residents, as needed. Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of available community resources (employment, education, social service agencies, etc.) for residents.
This position requires experience in social work or a related field.
