The Hope Cafe is looking for a Cook to join the team of culinary professionals!
The Cook performs a wide variety of tasks and operations to prepare and cook food for patients, employees, others as directed,
following standard practices and procedures, and complying with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include:
follows standard recipes, production sheets, tallies and ingredient room sheet to achieve nutritious, high quality, cost
effective meals and handles food and equipment in accordance with sanitation and safety practices.

Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
- Required education and experience- Knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a high school level of education. Minimum 3 years’ experience in food service.
- Preferred education and experience— High school diploma/ GED
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
- ServSafe Manager Certification, Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
