Summary

Show Imaging, Inc. is a dynamic event and project management company providing creative direction for the concert, sporting and special events industry. Service offerings include audio and video technical solutions, experienced, technical and project management, equipment rentals and delivery, design, onsite facilities management.

Warehouse Crew Members are responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. This position requires all warehouse crew to load and offload trucks, pallets and products from shelves. Diligent inventory management and reporting are required to ensure accuracy at all times. All warehouse crew are responsible for following proper incoming and outgoing delivery protocol and are responsible for safely assisting other associates with shipments. This position includes some driving responsibilities of our trucks and vans to and from show sites.

Essential Job Functions

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with pull sheets and organizing gear for loads being prepped
  • Assist with quality control practices and gear check out
  • Assist with inventory when requested and report any inventory discrepancies to manager
  • Assist other associates with loading and unloading deliveries and follow proper invoicing protocol
  • Follow proper receiving protocol, including thorough shipment inspections
  • Drive forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for moving gear
  • Uphold all warehouse safety protocol and instruction and attend all safety meetings / help conduct safety inspections
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times and work cooperatively in team environment
  • Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
  • Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goal, and directives.
  • Any other duties required of this position

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior warehouse experience; Minimum 1 year preferred
  • Previous equipment and machinery experience including forklift and pallet jack
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Close attention to details and high level of accuracy
  • Able to build basic truss system, demonstrate familiarity with build equipment and tools
  • Forklift certified preferred
  • Familiarity with & interest in audiovisual equipment a plus
  • Proficiency with all load in / out activities
  • Familiarity with general inventory and inventory tracking system (Flex)
  • Familiarity with basic signal flow principals
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security and safety requirements
  • Must possess valid California driver’s license with clean DMV record
  • Ability to drive 26’ truck preferred, C license is adequate

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Comfortable working with minimal sitting, daily tasks include: repetitive standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing/pulling.
  • Ability to lift, move and transport equipment, materials and tools weighing 50 lbs.(unassisted) or more to complete assigned projects.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, a s well as bend, stoop, crawl, stretch, climb, and lift repeatedly.
  • One must be able to work in various climates and conditions both indoors and outdoors.
  • Work performed in a combination of warehouse, outdoor, venue and office environments.
  • Exposed to warehouse and outdoor elements such as noise, dust, and weather.
  • Use of carts, dollies, pallet jacks and other gear to move items around
