Job Description:
An agriculture machinery distributor is seeking a candidate to work in the Parts Department
This person will be responsible for:
-managing parts operations within our company to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
-maximizing return on investment through part sales, inventory & expense control
-ordering, recording, receiving and maintaining parts inventory levels and accurate inventory
-maintaining excellent relationships with our overseas manufacturers as well as our domestic
customers
-receive parts orders, process, fulfill & ship parts orders, and invoice customers
-call on outstanding parts invoices
-coordinate with our internal service, sales & accounting departments to assure accurate
flow of information in regards to parts, warranty, etc.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
-Minimum 3 years experience in a parts department
-Great customer service skills
-Great communication skills
-Ability to work within Office & Internet functions as well as parts inventory applications
-Excellent organizational skills
-Ability to analyze and interpret internal parts reports
-Ability to work as a team as well as independently
*Knowledge of Agricultural Parts & Netsuite Software a plus.
