Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Handle vendor management and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Manage some payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Organize filing systems and ensure proper documentation practices.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Some Inside Sales and Customer Service
- Shipping Management
- Payment Processing
- Maintaining Inventory Spreadsheets via Excel
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and financial software like QuickBooks.
- Supervising experience with a focus on team management is preferred.
