Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing strategies and branded campaigns for the Consumer Marketing Division with primary focus on digital marketing plans, e-commerce marketing and leading all social media platforms.
Under the direction of the US Sales/Marketing team, the goal is to drive awareness and growth by developing, executing, and measuring digital and social media plans.
There is a direct report to the Digital Marketing Manager, focused on digital content development.
Job Responsibilities
⚫ Lead external agency teams in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and manage external reporting to effectively optimize campaigns.
⚫ Lead digital marketing efforts for internal brand campaigns.
⚫ Develop and manage digital reporting tools and show success in digital metrics
⚫ Deploy and report social metrics to brand teams.
⚫ Ensure integration and optimization across channels.
⚫ Optimize consumer experience and engagement with Agency, through development of engaging content strategies including videos, images, copy, and photography.
⚫ Develop and implement SEM strategies for branded websites.
⚫ Explore and recommend leading-edge digital technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
⚫ Identifies industry best practices in eCommerce and develops vendor relationships.
Understands how technology advancements strengthen sales and increase customer satisfaction. Keeps up to speed on all new product launches in the online space.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or Communications
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience Social Media or Digital Marketing
- Experience in managing Facebook, and Instagram paid and organic campaigns.
- Experience with Sprinklr or other social listening and reporting tools.
- Understanding of SEM using external search tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present plans and results to business partners on a regular basis.

Pay: $50,546.45 - $60,873.14 per year
