Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with injection molding machines, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining both mechanical and electrical systems. You will be responsible for machine setup, process optimization, quality control, and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines.
• Program machines and adjust parameters for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical components.
• Monitor quality and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Collaborate on process improvements and reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in the training of new operators as needed.

Skills

• 2 years of experience with injection molding machines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to program and adjust machine settings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
