Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support our retail division. This full-time role blends administrative support with light retail data analysis. You’ll work closely with our sales and product teams to manage product information, support buyer presentations, and track retail and competitive insights. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in sales, retail, or product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and retail team
• Organize and maintain product data, line sheets, and retailer documentation
• Assist in pulling and formatting sales and data reports using the Microsoft Suite
• Conduct retail trend tracking and competitive research (store visits, online analysis)
• Help prepare pitch decks, buyer presentations, and collection summaries
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, product specs, and retailer requirements
• Support communication and coordination across sales, sourcing, and merchandising teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a coordinator, sales support, or retail admin role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Suite (intermediate skill level or above)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Interest in consumer products, retail, and trend research
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
