Position Summary
We’re hiring a sharp, motivated, and tech-savvy Marketing & Software Sales Specialist to join our sales team. Your job is to identify opportunities, open conversations with decision-makers, and sell both digital marketing services and software tools. You’ll be the first point of contact for many clients, so being personable, consultative, and confident is key.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the mix of marketing and software, understands dealership dynamics, and knows how to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients across North America
- Pitch and sell Shynable’s services: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic campaigns, and proprietary tools like Retargit AI and Hitch CRM
- Set appointments, conduct demos, and close new business accounts
- Manage and grow a personal pipeline using CRM tools and automation
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions
- Understand client goals and pain points, and tailor solutions that deliver measurable results
- Stay current with marketing trends, ad platform updates, and dealership sales cycles
- Represent Shynable at industry events (virtually or in-person) and on calls with C-level decision-makers
- Hit monthly sales KPIs for both MRR (monthly recurring revenue) and one-time service projects
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or SaaS (experience selling to dealerships is a major plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you know how to lead a call and follow up with precision
- Strong understanding of online advertising and digital marketing metrics
- Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel/HubSpot/Salesforce) and sales automation
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a "hunter" mentality
- Comfort working in a high-velocity, high-accountability sales environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with e-commerce, big box retail, furniture, flooring, RV, automotive, or powersports industries.
