Siblings is a growing Home Care Agency is looking to Hire personal assistants. We are a CDPAP program. That means that it is client directed. It is the client making up the care details and requirements. It is because of this that we do not require certification. However, experience is a big plus! The details of a case will vary and depend on each individual patient.
Assistance may include any of the following :
- Perform light housekeeping around the client's home to maintain a healthy and clean environment.
- Assist the client with any personal care they may need like meal preparation, feeding, and changing.
- Running errands and taking the client out for walks.
In addition to assisting the client with what they ask, you will ensure that your client is comfortable and in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. As an In Home Personal Assistant, you will be a source of companionship and support to your client. The candidates for this job must be responsible, dedicated workers, who are looking to care for others and see to it that their needs are met.
