Amazon Specialist

We are looking for an Amazon Specialist that would like to join our Amazon e-commerce team. In this position, you will be responsible for launching new products on Amazon and managing existing product listings. You will optimize product listings by implementing SEM strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize sales. Additionally, you will develop and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and sales and execute digital marketing campaigns. You will also induce marketing strategies to engage and grow our audience. Utilizing CRM tools, you will manage and develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Collaboration with the web design team will be essential to ensure regular updates to content and design elements to reflect current trends. Finally, you will monitor and analyze sales data, advertising performance, and customer feedback, preparing regular reports on key performance indicators and suggesting improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and organic ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and advertising data to drive actionable insights.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns to achieve target ROAS and sales goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Manage promotions and deals to increase conversions and drive traffic.
  • Stay current with Amazon policy changes, tools, and trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Respond to customer reviews and questions, and resolve any listing or account issues that may arise.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present findings to the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in marketing project management or campaign coordination.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong organizational skills and a passion for learning.
  • Proven ability to manage overlapping campaigns and timelines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate project needs.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or Amazon Ads.
  • Background in consumer product brands, particularly in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • A strong visual sensibility or experience working closely with creative teams.
  • Vendor or talent management experience.
  • Fluency in Korean or experience working with Korean-speaking teams.
