- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with specific expertise in Agentforce / Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven track record in developing Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and custom workflows.
- Certified Salesforce Developer (preferred) and AI certification (required or highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industry workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Einstein Analytics, predictive lead scoring, or other AI/ML Salesforce tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
