The Position
The SWS DCM is a growing platform that seeks an experienced DCM Associate to join and assist in the execution of debt transactions including investment grade bonds and hybrid securities for corporations and financial institutions. The candidate best suited for our team has worked at least 3 years in DCM at a large investment bank, understands and appreciates the fast-paced workflow of DCM, and now seeks the challenge of working on a team that is charting new territory.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of deals
- Create and update pitch-book slides
- Assist with internal approvals and due diligence
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs
- Conduct financial and industry analysis
- Assist in opportunity identification
Requirements
- At least 3 years of DCM or DCM-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Driven to make a difference
- FINRA SIE, 63 and 79 licensed
