Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation.
- Draft and review legal pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements.
- Manage and organize case files using document management systems.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents.
- Maintain accurate and prompt recording of billable time.
- E-File documents in state and federal courts.
- Notary Certification is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity word processing software such as Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Experience with document management systems is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a law office setting is advantageous but not required.
