General Summary of the Job:
The events marketing coordinator works on day-to-day operations of the team inclusive of invoicing, huddle agendas and special event projects. This person has the opportunity to engage on event projects in the areas of; operations/logistics, communications and digital across our 3 event types, physical, virtual and hybrid. They take high-level direction from the director of global audience engagement, Event Strategists, and event business owner to execute against a task ensuring success against objectives.

Essential Functions:
- Assist team leader in day-to-day management of team
- Manage teamwork and assigned event logistic tasks
- Create presentation/content in PowerPoint to be shared with global events team
- Data collection, input, and management for event portfolio planning process
- Collaborate with communications operations manager writing and providing input to communications plans for promoting events
- Coordinate with sponsorship and incentive program manager to support the needs of event sponsors
- Assist Event Strategist and Digital Strategist where necessary
- Research event trends and contribute to event strategies
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Project management/time management
- Planning and logistics experience
- Must be a self-starter who is curious
- Experience and competence with PowerPoint, Excel, AI, as well as other project management tools
Education and Experience Preferred:
- Degree in engineering, marketing, communications, hospitality, Event management or business management

- Work from home with a globally dispersed team
