Position: Customer Experience Representative (Inside Sales)

Division Location: Kent, Washington

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $75,000.00

As a Customer Experience Representative at Sierra Forest Products, you will play a key role in strengthening our customer relationships while expanding your own professional skillset. In this role, you will support sales initiatives, foster exceptional customer satisfaction, and manage a portfolio of accounts.


You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of our diverse product offerings and confidently communicate their value to customers. By providing knowledgeable guidance and proactive support, you will help drive growth, enhance the overall customer experience, and contribute to the success of our sales team.


Your Role & Impact:


  • Deliver exceptional, high‑quality customer service to all existing customers and clients.
  • Manage inbound sales and general customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Process and enter sales orders efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order‑related issues, including delays, credits, and returns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as logistics, warehouse, and purchasing—to support smooth operations.
  • Proactively sell to and expand an existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador with a strong understanding of our products and their specifications.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support to the outside sales team.
