JOB DUTIES
Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential referral sources, generating lasting connections and proactively seeking ways to meet stated goals. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working independently. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with community providers as well as working closely with our existing Business Development Rep and Admissions Team.
Full time position (M-F, 9-6) based at our outpatient office located in North Fresno
Approximately 15-25% travel required

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Networks with hospitals, psychiatrists, therapists, and treatment centers
- Contacts potential referral sources through cold calls and emails
- Presents our company to potential referral sources
- Identifies referent needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Builds long-term trusting relationships with referral sources
- Proactively seeks new business opportunities in the market
- Coordinates meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and CEO
- Reports to the VP of Strategy & Integration on monthly sales results
- Identifies and develops marketing strategies
COMPETENCIES
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar sales-generating role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel & ability to analyze data, spreadsheets, and charts
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and build rapport
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field desired
