Job Summary
Sierra Motors has an immediate opening skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and painting, with the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment. This role requires knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on all vehicles.

Duties

• Execute paint spraying techniques to achieve a smooth finish on repaired areas To match OEM textures
• Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicle surfaces to restore their original appearance.
• Carry out auto painting tasks, ensuring color matching and quality standards are met.
• Detail vehicles post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction with the final product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in auto body repair and painting is essential.
• 3 years minimum experience paint spraying methods and equipment.
• Experience in buffing, detailing, and finishing vehicles to high standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
