What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian (Full-Time) position at Sight & Sound Brand?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assure personal safety and a safe working environment.
- Assure an orderly and clean work environment to include all assigned within the Sight and Sound building.
- Perform cleaning activities which include all aspects of the theatre such as offices, restrooms, lobby areas, all public and private areas of the building assigned.
- When called upon, help in other areas of the buildings, maintenance, and grounds, depending on availability and ability.
- All other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites:
- A respectful and caring team player.
- Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Exhibit a positive attitude.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with heights.
- Willing to learn operational training on forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, etc.
- Supportive of and belief in Sight & Sound's purpose statement.
