Are you a detail-driven accounting professional looking to make an impact? SigmaSUA is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in managing financial operations, supplier relations, and client accounts.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

General Accounting & Administration

• Register and update supplier information
• Manage payroll, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements
• Prepare and submit monthly sales tax reports
• Record accounting policies and manage fixed assets
• Coordinate with BAR-S and treasury teams
• Verify invoices and manage checkbooks
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting

Client (SAS) Support

• Review deliveries and invoicing
• Reconcile accounts and manage collections
• Validate invoice entries and manage service contracts
• Track affiliate transactions and current accounts

Supplier Management

• Reconcile statements and payments
• Verify incoming goods and service invoices
• Manage weekly payments and bank deposits

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or 4 years related experience
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• CPA certification is preferred (but not mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years in an Accounting Analyst / Senior role is required
• Public Accounting experience preferred
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
