This role involves producing and installing high-quality signage while providing excellent service. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft all types of signs and products. If you enjoy creative work and hands-on tasks, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
- Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites and perform installations.
- Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, hand tools, large format and flatbed printers, laminators, and plotters.
- Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
- Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns while representing our brand both in-store and on-site.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
- Gain expertise through Signarama’s comprehensive in-store training programs covering sales, product knowledge, production techniques, and more.

- Comfortable with computers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiently use measurement tools
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
