The Signature Banquets Team is growing! We are looking for upbeat high performance go-getters who not only do what needs to be done but have fun doing it! Our current opening is for Event Sale and Booking along with Event Wedding Coordinator.
Good candidates should be able to multi-task and communicate effectively. Candidates must also be flexible and be able to manage groups of people to ensure an event runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma is desirable
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
Self motivated and enthusiastic
Strong time management skills
Great writing skills particularly with marketing or public relations communications
Strong verbal communication required to coordinate with customers via telephone and email.
Excellent listening and communication skills are required to promptly respond to customer inquiries
Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from customers with an intent to rent out the venue space as well as packages
Create an agreement, performance indicators and budget with clients
Communicate all budget, progress and details to clients routinely
Responsible for all communication with vendors and contractors
Manage staff to successfully execute an event
Oversee the actual event to make sure everything runs smoothly
Communicate to the client and create reports on event success
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
