Signature Heating and Cooling & Plumbing:

Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for a full time, reliable Comfort Advisors to join our team. The Comfort Advisor will be responsible for communicating effectively between customers, office personnel and Install team to sell HVAC installs and put together contract and coordinate install. Knowledge of the HVAC industry and Service Titan software is a plus! This is a high volume, fast-paced environment that requires overtime during peak seasons. This position caters to the self-starting candidate with a strong ability to multi-task and produce consistent and accurate results. Summary/Objective

As Comfort Advisor, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate Outside Sales Team to ensure desired sales metrics in our Albuquerque Signature Heating and Cooling. You will be sent to Customer requested in Home settings where you will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new heating and air conditioning equipment to meet their needs all the while understanding your need to meet sales and capacity goals.

Essential Functions

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
• Perform load calculations and determine heating and cooling requirements
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
• Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Get potential customers excited about Albuquerque Signature Heating and Cooling and encourage them to spread the word
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer’s needs
• Help set and achieve aggressive sales plans, and propose expansions

This position is also required to climb, balance, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, including entry in attics, on roofs, and in crawl spaces under homes.

The physical requirements of the position are for mild work, exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently, and/or in excess of 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects.

The employee is required to have the visual acuity to perform an activity to perform the skilled trade of a technician.

The employee is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions; extreme heat; extreme noise; vibrations; hazards such as mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding, roof tops, and on ladders; atmospheric conditions; and frequent close quarters.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., mandatory on-call weekend rotation with additional anticipated late night and weekend hours when business demands.

Travel
Local travel is expected for this position. Company Vehicle provided.

Preferred Education and Experience

• 1-4 years of sales experience
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of building codes

Pay

This is a commission based pay position ONLY, with a minimal training pay until first sale. Employee qualifies for same benefits as all hourly and salaried employees.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
