Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate wants to be part of a dynamic team, has a desire to learn from some of the best Project Managers in the sign industry, and play an integral role in the success of our company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position requires well-organized, detail-oriented planners who can multi-task and operate efficiently and effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Manage day to day task list assigned by Project Managers.
- Communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role supporting project teams.
- Experience in the sign industry or construction industry preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized and task driven individuals.
- Able to multi-task efficiently and be proactive.
- Ability to apply basic administrative skills to perform tasks required by Project Managers.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications (e.g. MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Post offer drug screen
- This is not a remote position.
Education:
- Associate's degree, or current enrollment in degree program required.
- Bachelor’s preferred.
