We are currently hiring for a Personal Lines Insurance Processor to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL!

Requirements for the Personal Lines Insurance Processor:
- Minimum of an Active Florida 4-40 (Customer Representative License)
- Ideal candidate with 1 years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance
- Applied Epic experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times
- Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business
- Professional phone/office etiquette
- Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus
Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Processor:
- Answering sales calls
- Completing intake forms
- Conducting data entry and processing payments
- Retrieve underwriting reports for account managers to service their policies in a timely and efficient manner
- Send correspondence to clients regarding upcoming renewal information and important information regarding their policy status
- Engage with clients and prospects over the phone to obtain information pertaining to various quote requests
- Work alongside writing agents to help produce quotes
